Maintenance method of automobile clutch plate:

     1. Under all normal driving standards, the friction lining will be checked once every 5000 kilometers of driving. In the inspection, not only the remaining thickness must be accurately measured, but also the damage of the friction plate must be inspected. Compare whether the damage levels of the friction plates on both sides are the same, whether the return is easy, etc. If you find an abnormal situation, you must solve it immediately.

     2. The friction plate is generally composed of two parts: iron jaw plate and friction material. The price of automobile clutch plate must not wait for part of the friction material and friction plate to wear out before removing and replacing the brake shoe.

     3. Always use common tools to push back the brake master cylinder when disassembling and replacing the friction lining. Do not use other crowbars to press back hard, as that will easily cause the guide screw of the brake caliper to bend and cause the friction plate to jam.

     4. After dismantling and replacing the friction lining, be sure to step on the brake pedal several times to clear the gap between the friction lining and the brake disc, and the friction lining needs a running-in period of 200 kilometers to achieve high-quality braking effect.
