Motor brake pads have more advantages than ordinary brake pads. Because there are many differences between the two raw materials, the difference between them is also very large in the case of braking. Today's brake pads are mainly based on friction. Converted into energy, and then achieve the effect of slow-down braking, then what are the characteristics of the motor brake pads? I gave a detailed introduction for everyone in the content of the article. And I returned everyone to explain what to do before installing the motor brake pads, and those who are interested will learn about it together!
Characteristics of motor brake pads:
1. The DC disc brake of the electromagnetic brake motor is installed on the bearing end cover of the non-shaft extension end of the motor. When the brake motor is connected to the switching power supply, the brake is also working in addition.
2. Because of the electromagnetic adsorption force, the electromagnetic attracts the armature and the torsion spring, the brake disc gets rid of the armature bearing end cover, and the motor runs.
3. When the switching power supply is disconnected, the brake electromagnet loses its magnetic adsorption force, and the yellow spring promotes the armature to clamp the brake disc. Under the effect of friction torque, the motor immediately stops running.
What do you need to do before installing the motor brake pads?
1. Remove the tire and wheel hub
Before raising the car, first open the outer cover with brake oil, and fix the corners of the tire screws. If you choose a simple hydraulic jack support point, the hydraulic jack support point should be good, and the structure should be reinforced without removing the brake pad wheels. Remove the tires, loosen the pliers body and tighten the screws, check the rolling rods of the screws and needle-nose pliers, eliminate the fine sand and oil stains on the upper side, and carry out maintenance with grease.
2. Replace the old film
Remove the old brake pads, and the clutch friction pad industry inspects the damage level of the brake pads to check whether there are concave grooves. In the case of severe damage, new brake pads should be replaced with a cycle time of 8 to 120,000 kilometers. Otherwise, the damage of the newly replaced brake pads will be accelerated, the azimuth will vibrate during braking, and the braking force will be too small.
