1. The driven disk assembly should be kept clean, and the friction plate must be dirt-resistant, dirt-resistant and oil-resistant.

     2. The clutch and brake have been adjusted before the factory, and generally do not need to be adjusted in application.

     3. In order to ensure the stability of the clutch during the operation of the brake band, the clutch and clutch pressure plate assembly and the driven plate assembly have been balanced before the original factory, so you should not disassemble the parts casually in the application.

     4. When installing or disassembling the clutch on the car engine, be sure to tighten or release the pressure clutch to fix the anchor bolt or nut on the water pump flywheel.

     5. When installing the clutch, use high-temperature and pressure-resistant lubricating grease to moderately lubricate the driven disc spline and the transmission 1-axis spline to ensure that the driven disc can move freely on the transmission 1-axis spline.

     6. It is not necessary to damage the spline of the driven disc during installation, so as to avoid the radial movement of the driven disc, which may become stuck and cannot be separated due to burrs.
