Because the two-way friction clutch vehicle needs to always maintain the driving force transmission during the whole driving process, and the final transmission system is only temporarily necessary, the active part and the driven part of the vehicle clutch are often in close connection. The use of elastic chucking equipment for the friction pair is to better integrate into this regulation.
When the clutch is expected to be separated, just step on the pedal in the clutch control organization, and the fork set in the mandrel of the driven disc hub will promote the driven disc to get rid of the working pressure of the clamped spring and loosen. The azimuth shifts and separates from the flywheel, the friction subsides, and the transmission of the driving force is terminated.
When the brake pads have to repair the driving force transmission again, in order to make the car speed and car speed change more stable, the rate of warming up the clutch pedal should be moderately manipulated to make the driven disc tighter under the working pressure of the clamping spring. The orientation of the connection is moved and the flywheel is in contact with each other. The working pressure between the two surfaces slowly increases, and the corresponding friction torque also slowly increases.
When the flywheel and the driven plate are not closely connected, the friction torque between the two is relatively small, and the two can rotate in different steps, that is, the clutch is in a misaligned situation. With the gradual expansion of the close connection between the flywheel and the driven disk, the speed ratio of the two is becoming the same day by day. The vehicle speed can be positively correlated with the vehicle speed until the clutch is completely tightly connected and the deviation is stopped.
The larger torque that the friction clutch can transmit is the larger static friction torque between the friction surfaces, while the latter is determined by the larger clamping force between the friction surfaces and the specifications and characteristics of the friction surfaces. Therefore, for a clutch with a certain structure, the static friction torque is a time constant. Once the torque is entered to achieve this value, the clutch will deviate, thus limiting the torque of the transmission system and avoiding overweight.
