Common problems when disassembling and replacing disc brake pads:

     If the friction block is applied for a certain period of time, its efficacy will be much less than before. If it is applied again, it may cause a lack of performance. When removing it, you must pay attention to the following things:

     1. Before maintenance, in order to prevent the hydraulic oil in the brake storage tank from overflowing, you can consider taking out a part of the brake fluid as appropriate, and then filling it after the maintenance, so that it is in the middle of the upper and lower limits.

     2. After the brake disc is removed, a hook should be used for suspension to avoid damage to the brake pipe.

     3. Before installation, clean the surface of the brake disc, hub bearing and the middle of the bearing with seat, and wipe grease on the anchor bolts of the brake disc.

     4. Before installing new brake pads and brake discs, clean the surface of such parts and remove the corrosion-resistant maintenance coating to prevent damage to the actual braking effect.
