    3. The driver’s habit. Generally, the driver does not use the brake pedal properly and frequently brakes the system, which is also a key element that causes the brake pads to be very easily worn.

    Checking steps of friction plate

    1. Before gradual inspection, make sure that the parking brake, parking brake and the roadside parking brake system for passenger vehicles are not in use, and the vehicle should be fixed and the wheels cannot be moved.

    2. Remove the sealing cap and use a ratchet wrench to turn the adjustment anchor bolt in the opposite direction to loosen the friction plate.

    Remove the friction plate, select 4 points evenly distributed in the circumferential direction for accurate measurement, and avoid the more serious burrs and wear.

    3. Check whether the friction lining wear is even, and use a micrometer to select eight points evenly distributed in the circumferential direction to carry out accurate measurement.

    If the wear is uneven, check whether the rolling action of the brake caliper on the sliding pin is normal, and check whether there is dust between the bottom plate of the friction plate and the overall push plate.
