The reason for the vibration of the brake pads of industrial brakes:

     1. When we brake, the friction lining of the chuck wheel brake will shake. It is caused by the deformation of the brake friction lining or the brake disc, which is related to the material, processing accuracy and thermal deformation of the brake disc. The key reasons are uneven thickness of the brake disc, poor concentricity of the brake drum, uneven damage to the brake friction pad, thermal deformation, and network hot spots.

     2. If the brake disc of the friction lining is deformed, improperly installed, or the friction coefficient of the friction lining is unstable, it will also cause shaking during braking. In addition, if the vibration frequency caused by the friction plate during braking and the suspension system cause resonance, a vibration condition will also occur.
