Classification and characteristics of clutch friction plates
The active part and the driven part of the clutch use the liquid as the transmission material (fluid coupling friction plate) according to the friction between the surfaces, or transmit the torque according to the magnetic transmission (magnetic induction clutch friction plate), so that they are temporarily separated from each other. Come out, or slowly connect tightly, allowing the two parts of the transmission to rotate with each other.
The torque derived from the automobile engine is transmitted to the driven plate according to the frictional effect of the surface of the water pump flywheel, the clutch pressure plate and the driven plate. When the driver steps on the pedal of the clutch disc, the yellow big end of the pulse damper moves behind the traction clutch pressure plate due to the transmission of the product workpiece. At this time, the driven part is left and the active part is driven.
Vehicle clutch plates include friction plate clutches, liquid clutch plates, magnetic induction clutches and so on. There are two types of clutch friction plates, wet test and dry test.
